Helen's Favourite Wreath!

If you’re not lucky enough to know our wonderful team of Angels, we would love to introduce you to our Angel Helen. When Helen is not running about looking after her grandchildren and baking amazing cakes, she can be found visiting our lovely customers in beautiful areas like Cheshire and Wales. Helen is full of commercial inspiration after years of experience in this industry.

We asked Helen to pick her favourite Christmas theme for this year, all displayed on our huge gorgeous display wreaths and this is what she said...

"I love Traditional...Christmas is everyone’s favourite time of the year and I especially like the start of December when the countdown really begins! In our Traditional collection we have a large selection of countdown Calendars, which are a great way to kick off the start of December. They are a favourite with all children and one of our bestsellers, with over 17 fabulous designs to choose from, along with an excellent range of price points.

Traditional always gets Christmas off to a good start with some amazing statement pieces. Our beautiful range of traditional bells in a variety of colours make a fantastic display in any business, with prices from just 69p to £30+ plus. The smaller selection of bells are so perfect for any wreath making Station or additions to bespoke product, they're also available in every colour and size!

Our selection of proud standing soldiers are perfect for any entrance, along with our lovely post boxes. They create the perfect scene and make any customer wanting to see more.

One of my favourite parts of our Traditional range are the smaller wooden gifts and characters, where we combine wool with rustic woods making them tactile and so soft and quire irresistible They are kept at a very keen trade price points and brighten up any shelf in a home at Christmas… my personal favourite is YIN003, and the little garden acorn characters WLC313 – really they're not to be missed!

Bill & Berts Gift Shop visited our Showroom!

We love welcoming customers to our showroom where we can showcase our full Christmas range and have an extensive collection of Halloween and Everyday ranges for you to browse, in a safe & relaxed environment, along with refreshments & delicious lunch on us.

Recently, after attending Spring Fayre, Bill Nettlefield and Sarah Charlton from Bill & Bert's Gift Shop travelled the 20 minutes from the NEC over to us and here’s what they had to say about their visit:

"As usual our annual trip to the Spring Fair went well; but the icing on the cake for us was a visit to the Heaven Sends showroom nearby, to look at their Christmas and Halloween ranges.

In 2021 our Halloween sales were very strong but our expectations for 2022 have rocketed with the extended range on offer from Heaven Sends.

The Christmas range as always simply blows you away with the amazing range on offer!”

A big welcome home to our Spooktacular Halloween range!

Trade Shows 2022

Just a reminder that we will not be exhibiting at Spring Fair or any other trade shows in 2022. This has not been an easy decision for us to make, having exhibited at these shows for many years. However, the continuing effects of Covid have resulted in many challenges and after taking on board our customer feedback, have decided that we should maximise our showroom facility in 2022 which has proved so successful in the past.

As many of our customers discovered when visiting us, our full Christmas range is more than four times the size of what we are able to exhibit at the trade shows. We also have an extensive collection of Halloween and Everyday ranges for you to browse, in a safe & relaxed environment, along with refreshments & delicious lunch on us. Additionally, your Rep can be available to provide you with expert advice during your visit.

Garden Centre Buying at the Showroom

We were glad to welcome the buying team from J&L Garden Centre to the Heaven Sends showroom last week for the very first time.

Switching Trade Shows for the Showroom

Suzanne from The Parsley Pot has been buying from us for over 16 years! We were happy to welcome her back to the Showroom for a visit.

When did you visit the Showroom?

I visited in May 2021 and found it to be Covid secure and a safe environment to do my Christmas buying. I used to buy the Christmas range at the Spring Fair, NEC; but for the past 4 years, I have been visiting the showroom. It really is an exceptional range for Christmas 2021!

I now prefer to visit the Showroom as opposed to buying at Trade Shows. It’s a much more enjoyable, relaxed environment where I can make un-pressurised and un-hurried buying decisions. With Christmas being so important for my gift shop, its essential to get my range right for my customers. I want to make sure, I give my customers the best choice of new products at the right price points, to offer value for money.

Gonks Galore at the Showroom

Michele Elliott from House of Elliott (Gift, Clothing and Jewellery shop) in Hemel Hempstead visited the Heaven Sends showroom this week.

When did you visit the Showroom?
Michele said: “I visit the Heaven Sends showroom every April. But the showroom always looks different each time I visit; and there are so many new and different Christmas items this year.

The ranges are always so beautifully presented and I find visiting the showroom very inspirational, in terms of getting ideas for displays and my Christmas window.

The Christmas range really does cater for anyone’s tastes, as there is so much variety. And very good price-points!

What was your favourite part of your visit?

The range of Gonks this year is second to none!

Jeff gave me some great advice on window display items, so I left having placed my Christmas order and having planned my in-store and Christmas window displays. So now I needn’t worry about Christmas, I can get on and concentrate on my shop, having just re-opened after lockdown.

It took me hours making the right choices, but Jeff provided us with a lovely lunch and cake! What more can you ask?”

We’re so excited to share our fantastic New Christmas Collection with you. It’s now available to preview and pre-order here on our website, at our extensive showrooms and via your Rep.

To ensure you get your first picks from our collection, we ask that you pre-order as soon as possible to secure your selections from the 2021 collection. You don’t pay a penny to reserve your stock until we dispatch later in the year on a date that suits you.

It will be strange this year not to be attending the main shows early in the year but to make up for it we’ve pulled out all the stops to transform our Showrooms in to a one stop shop for Christmas 2021.

We really recommend a visit to our extensive Showrooms here in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (conveniently located only 20mins away from the NEC). It’s the best way to see the entire collections in a safe and relaxed environment, allowing you to be inspired by our displays.
