An issue with your order?

Please report damaged or missing items by completing the below form. In line with our terms and conditions, any discrepancies with your delivery must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

Once we have received it, we will get back to you as soon as we can! Any returns must be authorised by Heaven Sends and must be in their original item packaging - they should not be priced.

Please only submit one form per delivery, If you have any additional items to report on please detail in ‘additional information’ below.
