An issue with your order?
In line with our terms and conditions, any discrepancies with your delivery must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Do not dispose of any items until an Angel has contacted you with a response to your report.
Please include:
- Product Codes & Quantities
- A description of the issue
Once we have received your report we will reply back to you as soon as we can. Any returns must be authorised by Heaven Sends and must be in their original item packaging - they certainly should not be priced
