You can now report damaged or missing items by completing the below form. In line with our terms and conditions,any issues with your delivery should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
All reports of damages must be supported by clear images; all images should be uploaded using the form below. Please only submit one form per delivery, If you have any additional items to report on please detail in ‘additional information’ below.
