We know it sounds scary, but it’s already time to start thinking about stocking those Halloween displays with a range of ghoulish gifts and devilish decorations and what better place to start than Heaven Sends. This year we have even more on offer covering a range of traditional spooky pieces to a more contemporary style that can be enjoyed throughout the Autumn season - featuring gorgeous leafy garlands & a harvest of pretty velvet pumpkins in vibrant hues. In 2022 we are excited that it will be a Halloween of two halves at Heaven Sends! The classic creepy style full of ghoulish faces & haunted signs in a traditional spooky style, packed with scary elements in darker colours. Then a more contemporary style that can be enjoyed throughout Autumn - featuring gorgeous leafy garlands & a harvest of pretty velvet pumpkins in a colourful, fun autumnal celebration full of bright, rich tones.

Garden Centre Buying at the Showroom

We were glad to welcome the buying team from J&L Garden Centre to the Heaven Sends showroom last week for the very first time.

Switching Trade Shows for the Showroom

Suzanne from The Parsley Pot has been buying from us for over 16 years! We were happy to welcome her back to the Showroom for a visit.

When did you visit the Showroom?

I visited in May 2021 and found it to be Covid secure and a safe environment to do my Christmas buying. I used to buy the Christmas range at the Spring Fair, NEC; but for the past 4 years, I have been visiting the showroom. It really is an exceptional range for Christmas 2021!

I now prefer to visit the Showroom as opposed to buying at Trade Shows. It’s a much more enjoyable, relaxed environment where I can make un-pressurised and un-hurried buying decisions. With Christmas being so important for my gift shop, its essential to get my range right for my customers. I want to make sure, I give my customers the best choice of new products at the right price points, to offer value for money.

Gonks Galore at the Showroom

Michele Elliott from House of Elliott (Gift, Clothing and Jewellery shop) in Hemel Hempstead visited the Heaven Sends showroom this week.

When did you visit the Showroom?
Michele said: “I visit the Heaven Sends showroom every April. But the showroom always looks different each time I visit; and there are so many new and different Christmas items this year.

The ranges are always so beautifully presented and I find visiting the showroom very inspirational, in terms of getting ideas for displays and my Christmas window.

The Christmas range really does cater for anyone’s tastes, as there is so much variety. And very good price-points!

What was your favourite part of your visit?

The range of Gonks this year is second to none!

Jeff gave me some great advice on window display items, so I left having placed my Christmas order and having planned my in-store and Christmas window displays. So now I needn’t worry about Christmas, I can get on and concentrate on my shop, having just re-opened after lockdown.

It took me hours making the right choices, but Jeff provided us with a lovely lunch and cake! What more can you ask?”

New Christmas 2021 Has Launched!

New Christmas 2021 Launch

We’re so excited to share our fantastic New Christmas Collection with you. It’s now available to preview and pre-order here on our website, at our extensive showrooms and via your Rep.

To ensure you get your first picks from our collection, we ask that you pre-order as soon as possible to secure your selections from the 2021 collection. You don’t pay a penny to reserve your stock until we dispatch later in the year on a date that suits you.

It will be strange this year not to be attending the main shows early in the year but to make up for it we’ve pulled out all the stops to transform our Showrooms in to a one stop shop for Christmas 2021.

We really recommend a visit to our extensive Showrooms here in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (conveniently located only 20mins away from the NEC). It’s the best way to see the entire collections in a safe and relaxed environment, allowing you to be inspired by our displays.

We were made to feel really welcome and were looked after by our lovely Angel Jeff, who helped us make really considered product choices. We were able to enjoy a private tour around the stunning Showroom- much more pleasant than visiting Spring Fair! “

We had the Showroom to ourselves, social distancing and Covid safety procedures were practised during our stay.

That's Christmas All Wrapped Up!

Carolyn & Hollie from All Wrapped Up & All Dressed Up in Lutterworth recently joined us at the Showroom to stock up on fabulous Christmas stock.

HOW WAS YOUR VISIT?
“We have been buying from Heaven Sends for over 15 years, visiting twice a year to choose our seasonal ranges and to be the first to order new lines. We enjoy visiting the showroom as we find it so much more relaxing than trying to choose products at busy trade shows. As usual, the Showroom was beautifully decorated with a fabulous choice of gifts and homewares.”.

DID YOU FEEL SAFE DURING YOUR VISIT?
“We visited the showroom on Monday 14th September and we were very impressed with the measures put in place, due to Covid-19. Jeff went through the safety procedures with us upon arrival. Our temperatures were taken at reception, and we hand sanitised before entering. We loved the new layout, there was a lot more space having the products across 2 floors."

Dandelion Gifts prep for Xmas at the Showroom

It’s this time of year that the Showroom really comes to life, because as you may have heard… there’s less than 100 days until Christmas!

Dandelion Gifts from Frodsham, Cheshire, recently visited the Showroom to get inspired and secure their Christmas stock for the coming retail season. What better place to get excited for the most wonderful time of the year?

How was your visist?

“We had a fantastic visit to see the Christmas collections. Louise was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the Showroom which was very spacious and set up with displays of all the different themes. Everything was set out and prices displayed. Louise left us to browse and get inspired. She then rejoined us to scan our selection as well as recommending items and bestsellers”.

Did you feel safe during your visit?

“Louise went through the safety procedures with us upon arrival. We felt very safe and relaxed during our time at the Showroom. Definitely worth a visit!”
