Our Update: COVID-19

We are open for business although processes may take a little longer than normal until the dust settles a little. Our warehouse is dispatching orders daily as normal while strictly following government guidelines on distancing. We did feel it prudent to close the showroom & office for the wellbeing of all for the time being.

In light of this in the coming weeks the Angels will be hard at work delivering your orders and preparing your Christmas orders.

We are working tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible. We are working closely with our Far East supply chain and we are pleased to say as yet we are not experiencing any other problems.

As the team are working remotely we ask that you send any enquiries through to sales@heavensends.com.

Just a brief update…

In these worrying times for all we wanted take a moment to reach out to you to offer you & your business as much support as possible. As a family-run business ourselves we share these concerns with you. We truly believe we are all in this together & will get through this by working together.
 
In light of this in the coming weeks the Angels will be hard at work delivering to you, not only your orders, but sharing valuable insight, pointers & tips in an attempt to help us all adapt to meet the changing needs of the market… or just crazy ideas on how to entertain your kids at home… every little helps.

We are striving to run our operations as normal however given the unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions taken to keep Heaven Sends safe for our staff and visitors.

We are continuing to follow official guidance from the government and health authorities. The wellbeing of our customers, employees and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information from those authorities. 

Our showroom will remain open while we monitor Public Health advice. As long as it’s safe to do so, and despite the disruption and uncertainty, we look forward to welcoming you to our showroom soon.  If there’s anything that could make your visit more comfortable, please let us know.

However, if you feel unwell or choose to stay at home, remember that you can still view and order stock online at www.heavensends.com

In addition, we are working tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible. For your information, we are working closely with our Far East supply chain and although there are some expected delays and shortages of raw materials, we are pleased to say as yet we are not experiencing any other problems.

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

In line with guidelines, we have introduced several measures to enhance your safety, including:

  • Cleaning contact points such as door handles, taps and hand rails on daily basis with disinfectants
  • Showroom lunches are now supplied in packaging and will continue to be served with hygiene gloves
  • Informing staff and customers to avoid unnecessary contact where possible, including greetings like shaking hands, hugging etc.  
  • Staff are being reminded of the importance of good hand hygiene and handwashing techniques, with sufficient hand washes being supplied in toilets and kitchen areas
  • Staff are being reminded of the Public Health advice if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who feels unwell/travelled from the list of high-risk countries
  • Sanitising office equipment such as keyboard, screens, photocopiers, ipads, desks etc. on a regular basis with antibacterial wipes

Furthermore we are in the process of sourcing hand sanitiser, face masks and a thermometer for additional safety should they be required.

As the situation develops, the safety of our staff and customers will remain of the highest importance and we will continue to inform you with latest updates through our email and social media channels.
