To adhere to social distancing guidelines we are limiting the amount of visitors we have per day. Please contact your Rep to book your visit.

Safety Comes First – Our COVID Safety Processes

We are striving to run our operations as normal, however given the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions taken to keep you safe.

Showroom Safety Measures: What to expect when you arrive…

  • Showroom appointments will be limited to comply fully with social distancing measures.
    • You will be asked to sign in using the sheet provided upon arrival and asked to keep the pen you have used
  • Staff and customers are reminded to avoid unnecessary contact including greetings like shaking hands, hugging etc.  
  • You will be required to have your temperature checked with the  contactless thermometer
  • All customers must use the hand sanitizer station located in reception
  • PPE will be made available for you to wear (update as of 24/09/20: Face masks/coverings now compulsory to wear in the Showroom for visitors and staff unless there is a health exemption)
  • Hand scanners and IPads are cleaned thoroughly after each appointment and antibacterial wipes are made readily available throughout each appointment
  • Showroom lunches will be supplied in packaging and will be served with hygiene gloves. Only cold drinks will be made available in sealed bottles

Head Office Safety Measures:

  • We have fewer people working in the office to provide a safer environment, with many continuing to work remotely from home
  • Staff are temperature checked each day with a contactless thermometer
  • Hand Sanitizers are located throughout the building for regular use
  • PPE has been made available to all staff at our head office and our on the road Angels
  • Staff have been educated on social distancing and the importance of good hand hygiene and handwashing techniques
  • Social distance floor markings and posters are located throughout the premises
  • We’ve enhanced the cleaning of our premises & sanitisation of our equipment
  • Staff are being reminded of the Public Health advice if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who feels unwell

Our “on-the-road” Angels are now on hand to visit you to discuss your stock requirements for the second half of the year or to meet you at the showroom. If you’d prefer to meet remotely, our Reps are available via Zoom meeting/video call, telephone or email. We’re happy to meet you in the way you feel most comfortable.

As part of our new Showroom process, we are limiting the amount of visitors to the Showroom at one time, so please contact your Rep directly to find a suitable time to schedule your visit. Due to the level of Showroom visit requests, please book in early to avoid disappointment.

Showroom Safety Measure Review - Face coverings now complusory in the Showroom for visitors & staff

We've been closely following Government guidelines to make sure we're welcoming visitors to our Showroom in the safest possible way. It is now advised by the Government that masks/face coverings should be worn in indoor settings. (see Government advice here).

We now ask that our lovely visitors and team please wear a face covering/mask during your Showroom visit. 

We have a range of PPE available for you to use: masks, visors, hand sanitiser, gloves etc. Please see full details of our COVID safety measures below including our video on what to expect during your visit.

A Warm Welcome Back - The Showroom has reopened

These have been a difficult times for all but despite all of the challenges we hope that you and your loved ones are well. We’ve been busy behind the scenes, safely getting stock out to our customers whilst closely monitoring Government guidelines.

Now that the high street has taken its first steps to open again to the public, we’re here to support you, our customers, navigate these unprecedented times the best we possibly can.

After recent Government updates we have decided it is time to re-open our Showroom.  We’re excited to welcome you back but wish to reassure you that we have taken strict measures to ensure you can visit in confidence.

Suddenly, we find ourselves at the end of June and the Christmas period is fast-approaching! We are delighted to confirm that our Christmas lines for 2020 are in production and already starting to land daily. We are dedicated to supporting our customers as best we can to return to trading and to have the best Christmas trading period possible.

To further support you, we will be continuing our lower minimum spend and introducing some new promotions:

We are open for business although processes may take a little longer than normal until the dust settles a little. Our warehouse is dispatching orders daily as normal while strictly following government guidelines on distancing. We did feel it prudent to close the showroom & office for the wellbeing of all for the time being.

In light of this in the coming weeks the Angels will be hard at work delivering your orders and preparing your Christmas orders.

We are working tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible. We are working closely with our Far East supply chain and we are pleased to say as yet we are not experiencing any other problems.

Just a brief update…

In these worrying times for all we wanted take a moment to reach out to you to offer you & your business as much support as possible. As a family-run business ourselves we share these concerns with you. We truly believe we are all in this together & will get through this by working together.

We are striving to run our operations as normal however given the unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions taken to keep Heaven Sends safe for our staff and visitors.

We are continuing to follow official guidance from the government and health authorities. The wellbeing of our customers, employees and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information from those authorities. 

Our showroom will remain open while we monitor Public Health advice. As long as it’s safe to do so, and despite the disruption and uncertainty, we look forward to welcoming you to our showroom soon.  If there’s anything that could make your visit more comfortable, please let us know.

However, if you feel unwell or choose to stay at home, remember that you can still view and order stock online at www.heavensends.com

In addition, we are working tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible. For your information, we are working closely with our Far East supply chain and although there are some expected delays and shortages of raw materials, we are pleased to say as yet we are not experiencing any other problems.

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

In line with guidelines, we have introduced several measures to enhance your safety, including:

  • Cleaning contact points such as door handles, taps and hand rails on daily basis with disinfectants
  • Showroom lunches are now supplied in packaging and will continue to be served with hygiene gloves
  • Informing staff and customers to avoid unnecessary contact where possible, including greetings like shaking hands, hugging etc.  
  • Staff are being reminded of the importance of good hand hygiene and handwashing techniques, with sufficient hand washes being supplied in toilets and kitchen areas
  • Staff are being reminded of the Public Health advice if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who feels unwell/travelled from the list of high-risk countries
  • Sanitising office equipment such as keyboard, screens, photocopiers, ipads, desks etc. on a regular basis with antibacterial wipes

Furthermore we are in the process of sourcing hand sanitiser, face masks and a thermometer for additional safety should they be required.

As the situation develops, the safety of our staff and customers will remain of the highest importance and we will continue to inform you with latest updates through our email and social media channels.
